Our Commitment
The M Transit is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance on the basis of race, color, or national origin, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Filing a Complaint
If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination under Title VI, you may file a written complaint within 180 days of the alleged incident.
